Does this work if you live in United States?

Very unlikely Cody, you need a UK address as sports betting is banned in the US if I’m right.

      Hi,

I’ve started this and keen to make it a full time living as I’m hoping to be a stay at home mum in the future. The only thing that confuses me is how to create a simple spreadsheet showing my profit and loss…..i’m normally quite good at excel etc. but where we’re using a lot of bookmakers etc. money in here money out there i’m not sure how to manage it, keep it simple so that i know how much i’m making, have you got something in mind to help at all? thanks! I could send you a spreadsheet i’ve created but it’s still baffling me……

        Hi Carly

Keep it really basic and improve it as you go along. Just use a sheet to track each bookie name in one column, then type the balance in the next column. This will give you a nice overview of where all your money is. You can do what I did and also note down your username/password there too.

Have another sheet and just use it like you would with a notebook and a pen. Make note of the date in one column, then the bookie name, some details about the offer then your profit or loss. Nice and simple, you can learn as you go along.

It might look something like –

        7th July | William Hill | £10 free bet on football | £6.80 profit.

Remember, keep it simple. Myself and the other forum members will help you improve your spreadsheet over time.

        Hi Erik,

The concept of matched betting will work in New Zealand, providing bookmakers are offering free bets when you register with them.
